The British singer marked the music industry with her contralto vocals and her vulnerability. A signature she left on every song she sang.  

Known for her winged eyeliner, beehive hair style, unique fashion and striking personality, people fell in love with the honesty in her music.  

Her 2006 album Back to Black embodied her tender years, as she struggled with addiction, but it went on to become an international success and one of the best-selling albums in UK history.  

In 2007, at the height of her career, Amy Winehouse was invited to perform at one of France’s largest festivals, Les Eurockéennes, where she delivered a soulful performance showcasing her retro vibe and incomparable talents.  

July 23rd, 2021 marks the ten-year anniversary since the songstress’ passing and although she is missed, her songs still live on. People around the world appreciate and sing covers of her hits such as “Valerie”, “Rehab”, and “You Know I’m No Good” to this day.
